FDC was contracted to do a complete structural upgrade of approximately 4000 SF located in a historic wood warehouse building. FDC completed all new finishes, kitchen, heated radiant floors, solar panels, and a geothermal system to preheat all water used in the facility. In effort to recycle and reuse products, FDC salvaged a bar top from an old bowling lane, sandblasted existing wood structures, and reconfigured used brew equipment for reuse at the Microbrewery. Wood Four Brewing Co. includes an outdoor patio, brew house, and dining.
